M365Clarity · Tickets
Running a Microsoft 365 health scan is only useful if the findings get acted on. M365Clarity's Tickets tab is designed to close the gap between scanning and doing — it lets you take your findings and push them into the tools your IT team already uses to track work.
M365Clarity supports three export formats from the Tickets tab. Email generates a formatted email you can send directly to your helpdesk or IT inbox — each finding is listed with its status, category, and remediation hint. CSV exports all findings in a spreadsheet-friendly format suitable for importing into any ticket system or tracking spreadsheet. Jira export generates formatted tickets compatible with Jira's import format, ready to create issues in your project board.
New in M365Clarity: Remediation hints from the featureMatrix are now included in all exports — each finding includes a plain-English description of what to do about it, not just the status.
You can select individual findings to export rather than exporting everything. This is useful if you want to create tickets only for the red items, or only for a specific category like Identity or Devices. Select the findings you want, choose your export format, and the output is generated instantly.
The Tickets tab is particularly useful for MSPs who want to integrate M365Clarity findings into their PSA (professional services automation) platform — ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, and others all support CSV import. Scanning a client tenant and pushing findings directly into your PSA as tickets means nothing gets missed between the scan and the remediation work order.
M365Clarity scans your Microsoft 365 configuration and shows you exactly what's in your plan, what's configured, and what's sitting idle — in plain English.
