Turning scan results into a narrative

IT teams understand RAG statuses. Leadership teams want a narrative. The Executive Summary tab uses AI to turn your scan results into a concise, plain-English report that's readable by anyone — not just people who know what Conditional Access means.

The summary covers your overall health score, the key findings by category, the most important items to address, and a positive acknowledgement of what's already well configured. It's designed to be shared directly — with a CTO, a board, or a client stakeholder who needs to understand the state of their Microsoft 365 tenant without reading a technical report.

For MSPs

If you're using the Multi-Tenant plan, you can generate an executive summary for each client tenant individually. Paired with the white-label PDF export, this gives you a ready-made client deliverable that demonstrates the value of your managed service without hours of manual report writing.

Pro tip: The Executive Summary is regenerated each time you run a scan, so it always reflects the current state of your tenant. Schedule weekly scans to have an up-to-date summary ready for your next client review.

What it covers

The summary draws from all scan categories — identity, devices, collaboration, compliance, adoption, and AI readiness. It highlights the highest-impact items first and frames everything in business terms rather than technical jargon.
