Not all red items are equal

When you run a scan, M365Clarity may return dozens of findings across identity, devices, collaboration, and compliance. The Priority Actions tab cuts through the noise and shows you the items with the highest impact — the ones worth addressing before everything else.

Priority is determined by a combination of severity (red items rank higher than amber), category weight (identity and access issues typically rank higher than productivity gaps), and plan context (your priority actions are specific to your Microsoft 365 subscription).

How to use Priority Actions

Each action includes the finding, why it matters in plain English, and a remediation hint — the specific steps or admin centre link you need to address it. Many items can be resolved in under 15 minutes by an IT admin with the right permissions.

Tip: Start with red items in the Identity category. Misconfigured or missing Conditional Access policies and MFA gaps are the most common source of account compromise in Microsoft 365.

Exporting to your helpdesk

From the Tickets tab, you can export priority actions directly to email, CSV, or Jira format. This makes it easy to create tasks for your IT team or feed findings into your existing helpdesk workflow without copying and pasting.

How often should you review Priority Actions?

M365Clarity supports automated scheduled scans. Running a weekly scan means your Priority Actions list stays current even as your tenant configuration changes — new users, new apps, and new Microsoft features all affect your results over time.
